   I have latest version of WordPress and PHP 5.0.3.
   When I try to import my posts from my blogger account http://prokur.blogspot.com , imported posts have errors with cyryllic letters which are similar to english.
   Like c (russian S, similar to c in english.), Ð? (russian N, similar to H in english).
   Example is here - http://prokur.net/temp/cyr-error.gif
   During grabbing from blogger I receive error messages like this - http://prokur.net/temp/blogger-error.gif

   So errors not depends from browser where is saw it.
   I tried 3 times to grab, but all not succesful.

   Why developers ignore me? How to resolve this problem? Or i can hope that resolve will be in next version ?

   Judging from the errors in the second image, I'd say it has to do with the import into MySQL. What version of MySQL are you running?
