import a .csv file into 2.5.1

Back in 2.5, there was a .csv Import function under Manage Data Feed > Data Feed Import.

In 2.5.1, Manage > Import has many choices but none relating to .csv files.

Would someone please point me to the .csv data feed import location? Much appreciated!
