fr0s3inI am using the K2 RC7 theme on my blog and currently I am trying to add a second menu above the sidebars. I know some basic Css and HTML, but when it comes to PHP, I have no idea what I am doing.
Anyways, here is the menu I am trying to implement. It's got 1 html file, 1 css, and bunch of images.
Is there any plugins that will make the job easier? or do I have to dive into the template code? If it's the latter, where do I start? Functions.php, Index.php, Header.php?
