IMP — My Dashboard comes incomplete .

    hello again ^^

    another problem ….

    well i had installed WordPress new and older version in the past i had used it too .. under certain circumstances i had to delete it (not error in WP)

    after i installed the version 3.3.1 (i had installed this same version before but it did not have a single problem) in my domain though FTP i logged in as an admin everything was smooth well when i saw my dash board it appeared like without a proper format or template it was coming in almost like a HTML format type but only for me not for the others as i asked them to check at my website and gave them my admin name and pass.

    but when i asked my friend to check it if it came the same way for him but it was COMPLETE the way it SHOULD be .

    this is the same thing happened for me in JOOMLA i installed the latest version i could not pass the FIRST STEP but all the friends who i asked to check it for me COULD simply pass through it by clicking NEXT . which i could not access

    i really think something is wrong with my computer settings maybe java or something else . but i did check java it was on.

    please need help i have been re uploading it again and again downloaded the wp uploads more than twice .

    php – 5.3.1
    perl – all good
    mySQL – perfect
    FTP – perfect.

    help!
