Images won't scale once published

Since updating my theme to Twenty Ten 1.1 a couple of days ago, the image scaling function has stopped doing its magic.

I’m still able to choose the scaling I want and the image adjusts in the writing window, but once I publish the post, its images revert back to their original size. The captions, however, scale just fine. The problem applies to all previous posts as well as new.

I tried reloading the images and nothing changed. Any ideas? Thanks!
