Hello
I am using Twenty Ten theme and I am a newbie to wordpress.
I really want a title to display under each of my images. However when I add a title and/or caption to my images on my thumbnails I get my images dislayed with this text above or below it:
[caption id="attachment_825" align="alignnone" width="150" caption="Kids Soft Furnishings"].

Could anyone please advise me how I can get it to work properly?

That sounds like one of your plugins is interfering with normal caption shortcode parsing. Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
