   when i upload an image to a post, the image is uploaded to the folder "/wordpress/wp-content", but in the code for the post, it is linked to "/wordpress/wp-content/png/[filename].png".

   i tried just manually changing the image source in the code to where the image uploaded to, but i get a 403 error and have to type in my ftp user name and password.

   i have tried using both the flash and browser uploaders on safari and firefox, and i get the same problem all the time.

   please help me with this

   What urls are entered on the page at Admin/Settings/Miscellaneous?

   changed to "/wordpress/wp-content/uploads", now works fine.
