Images randomly show up on portfolio posts

Although I don’t know how long this will be up like this because it’s a client site. If you keep hitting refresh, sometimes the thumbnails show, sometimes they don’t. However if you click on them they show in the pop up every time. No clue what’s going on. It’s not cache as the problem is in all browsers.

I’m in a pinch and would appreciate any help!
