Images posted with Comments?

I want visitors to be able to grab an image off their hard drive or their sites and upload it to sit with their comments.

I can talk most people through simply linking to an image on their own site, but for those visitors new to anything that starts with a < , I’d love to give them a browse button, have them surf the contents of their hard drive and upload their photo.

Does something already exist for this? Is it even possible? I realize some of the issues that may arise by allowing anyone to post a photo but I have faith that people are good and won’t abuse this feature.
