   Yes just use the image tag
   <img src="http://link-to-the-image.jpg" alt"alternate title" />

   sorry, whit the post-attached-image plugin. the ideal is to have the page post-new.php a box with under articles files to upload (like the post-attached-image) and can automatically call out of the loop images uploaded in that post
