Images not viewable in 3.7.1

At my wits end need some help please.

I am creating a brand new site in WordPress. The version that was downloaded on the initial install was 3.7.1. None of my images are showing showing up. I’ve gone through the forum and tried every solution presented to no avail:

-Changed my folder permissions to 755 and files to 644.
-Even though the issue existed prior to adding the plugins I still went ahead and deleted all the plugins I had downloaded.
-I also changed the image location to the uploads folder.
-Removed all the photos and added them again.

Still no resolution. What am I missing? Site is http://www.il-care.org/
