Images not loading

Hi all,

New to using wordpress to host a website and I’m trying to update a company profile page. It asks me to upload a photo which users are supposed to click in order to reach the profile. After doing this I’ve found that the image isn’t loading.

(It’s the first image on the page that’s causing the headache.)

At first I thought it was the size of the image and when I made it a lot smaller this didn’t change anything. Currently, the image is the same as the others on the page which seem to be loading fine.

I hope I’ve been descriptive enough.
