I just updated to 2.1.3 and my images no longer display when I upload them to a post I'm writing. I still see the html of where the photo will be but I no longer see the preview. Any ideas? I haven't changed anything else besides my upgrade.
Incidentally, neither of my poll plug-ins work with the upgrade. Democracy or WP-Polls. Not sure if that's related.

I also have problems after the upgrade. Each time I upload an image - the whole box disappears. If I refresh the site to get it to appear again, I get double images. Instead I have to enter a new page and then go back. Now the box is back.
I guess this has to do with some ajax somewhere (js?). Any clues or folks experiencing the same?
