   I recently moved my domain to a different server and for some reason I cannot get images to display in new posts/pages.
   I did change the uploads path, respectively, and the permissions seem to be in order. However, when I upload an image neither the thumbnail or the image will display. I even re-installed v. 3.3.1 and nothing changed.

   When I check in the file manager the image is there, so the problem seems to lie on the CMS end, I believe?

   http://libertywebmarketingandseo.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/03/Waukesha-SEO-Company.jpg

   Can you check that the image is in that location and that the image name is correct?

   Yes. The image is in that location.
   It turns out that for whatever reason the permission settings were not set properly. Fortunately I have a couple of sites on the same server and I was able to systematically compare settings between http://libertywebmarketingandseo.com/ and one of the other sites.
