Images not appearing in slideshow but thumbnails visible

Hello,

I am having trouble with the images in my wordpress site http://www.countrypolo.co.uk In the past I have been able to upload images to a gallery that I place within a post. The thumbnails then appear within the post and if a user clicks a photo then the full size image appears in a slideshow. I have deleted as many plugins as I dare and am now just running “Gallery Carousel Without JetPack”

When I click on the thumbnail the slideshow frame appears including the information on the image ( Title, Camera, zoom etc) but the image does not appear.

Please can anyone help as my site relies upon people being able to view these images easily?

The site is hosted on an Amazon EC platform.

The media settings are set to;

Uploading Files

Store uploads in this folder wp-content/uploads/

Full URL path to files blank
Configuring this is optional. By default, it should be blank.
Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders

If anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
