When javascript is disabled within the browser, all the images will be misplaced on the website where lazy-load is included.

on my site i think it seems to be potentially a "conflict" with easyfancybox
the empty placeholder beneath each noscript given original picture may result from that?

no, i think i went wrong with this above - it seems like a thing with the given "border" round images through the media settings! pictures with border appearing "twice", one empty picture-box with rounding border only, on real pic through the noscript.
There's a noscript fallback for images for no-js browsers. I suspect there's some styling on the site that's causing things to look misplaced.
No plans to fix or address at this time.
