Please help, i am a little distressed with the images on my site... they always load black before they reveal top to bottom....how do i fix this to something a little easier on the eye? Using: Thesis 1.7 by Chris Pearson if this is required. Any assistance appreciated

Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

That image is a png, if you save it as a medium quality jpeg it will be much smaller and load much faster. png is great when you need transparency, but not efficient for photos.

Yikes! I have 5 images in random rotation as png files.... I changed 2 of them to jpeg and went to take a look... before i continued; any other suggestions because that made them disappear?

The link for one of the missing ones is still pointing to header_3.png, not to the new jpeg.
