   I launched a new site on Friday and everything was fine except I've now discovered all the lovely images we paid to have designed don't appear when someone is using Internet Explorer to view the site, just a blank space with a red cross in the corner and the image name. It's fine in Firefox and Safari. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

   In what version of IE? If it is only in IE 6 then don't care about that.

   It's version 8 so quite a few people using it unfortunately

   I am having similar problem, but the image appears. I am getting the alt tag appearing as well plus the red cross in ie annd the blue ? in safari. It validates so I am pulling my hair out
