Images Disappearing from Media Library

    I have been using wordpress for a blog for a while now and images have started disappearing from the Media Library (and therefore posts) for no reason. How do I stop this?!

    There were a few threads which touched on this but none really answered my question, so sorry for posting again!

    Any help would be great.
