[resolved] Images disappeared, uploads get errors (8 posts)

    Suddenly I have two problems, both based on the feature images.
    Images already uploaded before this problem are appearing just fine.
    However, I can't upload any new images without getting an error message and "try again later" notice, plus all of the images that are in the library are not showing up either. (Even though they are posting in the events on the page)
    The site is http://www.calendarclarksville.com
    Any thoughts about how to remedy this would be appreciated.

    did you check your folder/file permission at wp-content/uploads ? or settings at Events > Settings > General > Image Sizes

    All settings are proper, plus when I look at the server, it is showing that I have multiple uploads of the images, with a different tag number for each upload.
    The images are there, but they are NOT appearing on any new Events, nor can I see the images when I put IN a new event.
    Very stranged.

    can you upload images directly to the media area, not just for events/locations?

    Just tested it and got the same error OUTSIDE of events.
    So it isn't a plug in problem. I'll have to address it elsewhere. Any thoughts?

    I would try with all plugins disabled in case one of them is interfering with your admim area in some way.

    Deactivated every plug in except Events and it still didn't allow me to upload.
    Just for test purposes I deactivated Events as well, and no change trying to upload to a regular posting.
    Guess I'll check with the Hosting company tomorrow.

    ok, let's us know the result; also, try to temporarily revert back to default theme just to rule out any theme specific issue.
