@mihai03 – It appears the thumbnails are loading correctly and the Lightbox Effects opens but it does not resolve the image … this may be pointing to a plugin conflict on the site. Something that may be creating a JavaScript issue is my first thought. Are you seeing any error messages related in your console?
– Cais.
Hi.
With firebug console, I receive this:
TypeError: jQuery(…).on is not a function
jQuery(‘body’).on(‘click’, ‘a.page-numbers, a.prev, a.next’, function(e){
@mihai03 – I wasn’t expecting something to that effect, but its a start. Definitely looks like a conflict with either an active plugin or your current theme.
See if that helps point you in the right direction.
Thanks!
– Cais.
I changed the theme, I dezactivated all plugins except the nextgen and still the same error. Only if I log in in wordpress the images are loading else not.
Thank you for not helping me… I read some of your answers. It’s seems that you like to rush people who seek for help regarding your plugin and also you like to not give them a true straight answer… and still you want somebody to buy it.
Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Fourteen theme with all plugins deactivated?
@michael You have to test with the WordPress default theme activated and all other plugins deactivated at the same time – and clear cache. It’s unlikely that in a basic situation like this you see the issue. From here, you can start to activate one by one until you find the one in conflict.
If this doesn’t solve, open a report bug.
Edit: Oops hadn’t seen Esmi’s reply.
