   When you click on a category, entries are displayed without the images that are posted in those entries. Please help me fix this issue.

   That's the regular WordPress excerpt where tags and such are stripped. There are plugins that can change that http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/advanced-excerpt/

   Or set Atahualpa Theme Options -> Post or Excerpts -> Posts or excerpts on CATEGORY pages?
