Images are inserted duplicated

This is an old bug that resurfaced. Images are uploaded multiple times to your photo library. Here’s how to reproduce it:
The first image inserted on a blog post goes fine, but when you add a second image, it’s uploaded twice in the library, the third image is uploaded three times and so on. So if you add many images per post you’ll end up with more and more duplicates of each image.
This is temporarily solvable by saving and refreshing the post every time I add an image, but it’s very cumbersome.
