Images are getting cut off when window is resized

Hi everyone, I’ve been stuck on trying to fix a problem I have with my images getting cut off when I resize the HEIGHT of my browser window.

As you can see, the pink images are being cut off at the top when the window becomes smaller. What I would like is a margin at the top of about 20px but I can’t figure out how to do this.

The images are in a table as you can probably see.

(Notice on the example that there is a margin at the top of the images to stop them from disappearing at the top of the page.)
