Images and videos replaced with question marks after we restored our website

Hi there,

Our WordPress site was recently hacked and deleted but we managed to restore it using a restore tool from our web host. Everything is working fine EXCEPT that some images that were originally there have now been replaced by question mark symbols. I have tried to re-upload the images but nothing is working. When you clicked on the images originally a linked video would pop up. This still worked when the question marks were there, however, when I tried to re-upload the images, the video pop-up feature was lost. Would someone please tell me how to get the images to appear again and also how to get the video pop-up function to work again too?

The particular image/video issue is in the About Us section. The images used to appear under “Our Approach”, “Our Work” and “Our Experience”.
