Okay so, so the Media Gallery on my website isn't working and all the images are broken. I'm using Firefox so all I get is text where the image SHOULD be. The strange part is I'm using ComicPress and the COMICS upload fine, but not the images I try to put in with the text on the other pages.
I was told to do 766 recursive permissions and post some code in my htaccess. All it did was turn the background white, make the text generic, and mess up the alignments.
If anyone has any ideas or theories I'd greatly appreciate them.

This page is a perfect example. As you can see the image at the bottom is completely broken. Also the header image I uploaded doesn't show up either.
It looks like an image path problem. What path is entered for "Store uploads in this folder" in Admin/Settings/Misc? Is anything entered for "Full URL path to files"?

I'm not sure. How do I go about checking that? Is that in the WordPress files or in the Dashboard?
The Dashboard. Under Settings/Miscellaneous.

okay, it currently stores uploads in "wordpress/wp-content/uploads". the full URL path to the files is currently blank.
I should mention there is no "uploads" folder in my "wp-content" folder.
Try changing it to wp-content/uploads

Okay I did, and it didn't do anything.
I've found using images from URL works. I just need to figure out how to get it to take files from my computer.
