brun0hi all.. im having troubles with trying to add alt tags to my images! i dont know why, but no image alt tag appears in the blog posts!! this is a very anoying ans strange issue, cause without alt tags, there is no "google images" indexing. can you please help?
im using the default wordpress image uploader to upload my images to the posts. and when i want to change the description or the caption/alt, i do the following:
wp-admin > manage > media library > edit the media i want > change the values on caption, etc as it shows in this screenshot
..but, nothing appears to change in the post!!!! still no image alt tags or captions or descriptions.

<table style="text-align: center;" border="0" width="680">ive noticed this a few days ago! since then, ive used the "Admin Management Xtended plugin" to change the images "description" see the screenshot here ..but also with no real changes. :( can someone please help?
btw.. when i use the "seo friendly images" plugin! it does changes the alt tag to the $title $filename! but.. i want to manually change the alt tags for every image to improve the accuracy of the search and usability.
