Have you tried to see if it does so with the 2011 or 2012 wordpress themes just to rule out the theme?

No response for 5 days. Marked as resolved with an assumption of theme issue being a root cause.

    Can this be “unresolved”

My apologizes on the lack of response, I was trying to contact the company that originally created the wordpress. It looks like when changing to different themes it allows the products to align correctly. This occurred after I updated to the new wordpress and updated a few other plugins. Could this be solved with a simple code correction?

    Hi heist,

It sounds to me like a CSS issue. Most likely it can be resolved by a simple code change, but please note that it is not a jigoshop issue based on your description.

If you want, you can send an email to sales@jigoshop.com and we will send you an esimate

yeah it seems to be a code issue from the sommerce theme and looks like it’s fixed in the recent update, but the original company that setup the wordpress is really making it difficult to obtain the login information. I’m going to try to adjust the CSS, but I appreciate the insight.

    heist,

Ok, is there anything else that we can help you with or shall I mark this post as resolved?

It would be great if someone could figure out the CSS to fix the product overlap with sommerce theme and jigoshop. I contacted the original creator and I’m waiting for a response. Lets leave it open incase someone fixes it or I get ahold of the CSS.
