   I have these two plugins installed. They both place their own tag button in the same place preventing me from using them together. Any solutions?

   ImageManager (and several other plugins) use ButtonSnap by Owen Winkler to place buttons inside the post editor. ButtonSnap and Adsense deluxe, for whatever reason, do not get along. Thats the why of it.
