We have an e-commerce site with woo commerce that is hosted with Blue Host.
Customers select a product then upload a personal image which we then custom print on the item they've select. Our problem is that in order to get the image they upload through our site, we have to go to Blue Host / c-panel / file manager / wp-??? then into another sub file, in to yet another file until we final find the images our customers have uploaded for us to custom print for them. Unfortunately there is no way to figure out which image belongs to which customer order.
Is there a way (plug-in) that will at least assign a number to the image file that matches the customer order number? or at least provide some sort of thumb nail image to match to the order? better yet embed or attach the image file with the customer order info.
With "images" being our business we can't afford to send a lady a picture of a dog when she was expecting a picture of her granddaughter.
thanks to anyone that can help

I'm a bluehost user too. I can't help you with the file name part, but I'd think that a good FTP app would be much better than CP to access the files. I use filezilla and it shows the time that a file was created. Can you match the files through the file creation date and time?
