Image Uploading

Website won’t upload images via the Flash or Browser uploader. The problem occurs in all browsers and both my computers. The problem occurs for another editor who lives on the other side of the country. I have an additional domain in the subdirectory and it uploads images via Browser and Flash just fine. Only solution I’ve found so far is uploading via FTP which is fine but not good enough for people with limited web skill.
