Image uploader gone in recent upgrade to v2.2

I just upgraded to v2.2 and the image uploader is gone. My admin screen now looks like this. http://www.dudaduda.com/ebay/wphelp.jpg (click link)

Any ideas… did I install incorrectly? Everything else seems to be working fine. Any thoughts? Thanks.
