   Everything was working 100% in 2.5x and I've never had any issues with uploading images, but today I updated to 2.6 and have tried the suggestions from the sticky post on this forum.

   I am able to use both the flash uploader and the file uploader, all the buttons function normally and windows appear, but after it goes through the whole "crunching" routine, the thumbnail does not appear and when i insert the image into the post, nothing shows up either. I tried direct linking to image, but the image is actually not being created? Anyone else experiencing this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

   What are the values you have for the two upload fields on the Settings->Miscellaneous screen?

   i put in the full url to the images folder and that seems to have fixed the issue! thanks for sparking my mind.

   I took a look at your site.

   Try making that second "blank" line read:
   http://www.hockeydrunk.com/images

   See if that works.

   Edit: Damn, beaten by 30 seconds.

   hi i can't seem to fix mine although i have the same problems.

   mine upload fields read

   wp-content
   http://www.jacktan.org/wp-content/

   but my Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders options is ticked

    don't forget: no trailing slash in the path

    Made no difference. My images always insert as full size.

    @Kgarrision

    We're talking about setting the path to make the uploader display the images correctly, not whether or not it can display full-sized graphics.

    Still looking for a solution to this. None of the above works.

    Using both 2.5 and 2.6, thumbnail images are not generated at all.
