   Hello all,

   I am running the latest version of wordpress. My PHP is set to accept up to 8M file size uploads. When I try to upload an image (under 8 mb) via the flash or html file uploader within a post, the scroll bar goes to completion and it gives me the option to insert the image into the post. However, wordpress never uploads the file. I SSH into the server and see that the year/month folder isn't even created either.

   Any ideas as to what may be wrong?
