    Hi,

I've got an error I haven't been able to solve on this website http://www.olamedia.com.au.

The image upload function isn't working, so 'featured image' and 'upload a picture' are both not working.

What I would do, and where the error is:

Posts > New Post > Featured Image > Set Featured Image > Upload Image > And then nothing happens where the image would usually be uploaded.

Eg. I just did it with this one: http://www.olamedia.com.au/wp-conten...ocialmedia.jpg

But it affects other forms of upload too. The only way I can add a new image at the moment is via CPanel in the file manager.

We have recently moved the path via ftp so that it's not http://www.olamedia.com.au/wp/

    but http://www.olamedia.com.au

Ventraip customer support increased the PHP upload limit to 32MB but this didn't solve the problem. He said "Unfortunately, this issue is out of our realm of support, the hosting works however it seems to be a bug within WordPress. I highly suggest posting on our forums to see what our experts think of the issue (https://forums.ventraip.com.au)"

I then posted to the forums and was told it was the wrong place to post.

I really don't know what to do next.

Any advice would be really appreciated!

    Thanks,

    Ili

  2. Go in via FTP and look in wp-content/uploads/ and see if the file is there. Also, is WordPress giving you any errors at all?

Hi Ipstenu. Sorry for the delay I had trouble with ftp. I looked and the file isn't there. I have a folder for each month but then the 10th month folder hasn't seemed to self-create. There's no error message on wordpress when I try to upload an image, it's very strange. It just goes through the motions and then the image doesn't show up.
