   I receive the following when I try to upload an image to my new post: "The uploaded file could not be moved to D:\Hosting\2511609\html\wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2012/01" Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong?

   Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

   I found the wp-content folder on my website, http://www.oldeworldelace.com/wordpress/wp-content folder but it does not contain a directory or a place to go to change a line number. Please advise at what I am missing.
