   When I try to upload an image to a page (using the Flash Uploader OR browser uploader), I get the following error:

   Unable to create directory /netapp/whnas-swamp/s11/s11/01662/www.virginiav.org/webdocs/wp-content/uploads/2010/02. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

   I've done this many times before and never seen a similar error. Help?

   Hi,

   Assign 755 recursive permissions to wp-contents folder of your blog. You can assign it either from SSH or contact hosting service provider to grant the permissions.
