   Hi all,

   I've just uploaded to the latest WP and can't get my image uploads to work once I've hit "Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders". Now here's the thing, when I try to chmod the "uploads" folder to 777, it says operation not permitted, so probably my host doesn't support this. How can I get this to work? I've had a WordPress design done by a firm some time ago using the same host, and they did manage to get this to work. Can someone help me out by telling me what it is I keep doing wrong? :(

   Did you ask them? I mean that would eb the first thing that comes to mind.
