   I am trying to get images to appear alongside the posts on my homepage rather than just having a block of test. Please see my site http://www.crystalgamer.com to see what I mean.

   I would like to get it looking more like http://www.nometet.com

   As you can see there are images on the left hand side of each post.

   I am not sure how to put the images there. It might be something to do with custom fields or plugins but I don't no anything about them.

   Please could someone tell me how to get images to appear and what should be the first thing I do.

   The plugin Attached Image will do this and there may be others as well. Take a look at the plugins offered.

   I used the plugin, Post Attached Image, but when I got to the activation stage it said "Fatal Error".

   I think this is because I am using the latest version of wordpress which it doesn't support.

   Does anyone know of any other plugin (for WP 2.7.1) that will put an image next the text blog into. I would like it to appear like it does on http://www.nometet.com

   You can try out Get the Image.
