Image Preview doesnt work (ZIP-Icon) | WordPress.org

Hi,
i just installed the Pro Version of the Plugin and i’ve tested the image preview of the plugin but it only shows a Zip-Icon although i uploaded a *.jpg file.
Here is a picture of it:

Can someone help me please?

i just installed the Pro Version of the Plugin

Please work with the author via their site.
