Image overlapping in Manifest Theme edit (3 posts)

I'm modifying a WordPress theme, Manifest, to fit my custom design. However, the pagenav section overlaps the main content area. The pagenav is at least at the bottom but is still overlapping.

Everything lines up fine on the home page: http://fallout3mod.com/demo/

But if you look at http://fallout3mod.com/demo/media/ where you can view the source, it is all overlapping.

You can view the style.css here: http://fallout3mod.com/resources/style.css

I had the same problem with the footer but by adding clear: both; to single.hentry it resolved the problem, moved the footer to the bottom and made it work. I've tried adding clear: both; to other places but none of it seems to make a difference. I can't seem to find where the problem is.

Any help would be much appreciated!!

Here are two images to point out the overlap as it can be a little hard to see unless you look closely. Overlap outlines the overlap and nooverlap shows how it is suppose to look as per the home page.

Tried a couple other things and it still isn't working out. Really need some help if anyone has any suggestions.

I suggest that instead of slicing the background image up into multiple pieces, create a wrapper div around all the content and make the background of that wrapper div be the entire image, unsliced.
