Hi there,
I upgraded to the Arras Theme. I have tried to upload a header image and it wont display. I have also tried to post a story with an image but the image will not show. All the photos currently on the blow http://www.ibdabo.com/blog were there before I swtiched to the Arras theme last weekend. How do I resolve this problem, please?

I see the images fine on your articles.
As for the image in header your code does not have any image setup its setup to display your title.

Those images were there before I upgraded to the arras theme last weekend. But if you look on the home page, for the interview with Jorge Castillo, you will see what i mean... black image place holder with alt text... that's how it appears when i attempt uploading images via the arras theme... not sure where the problem is coming from.

I took your image url http://ibdabo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/jorge21.jpg and pasted in address bar I should see your image but gives me 404 not found so check if you have image uploaded.

That's exactly what the problem is. The picture is uploaded in the backend but not showing in the front end. I'm not sure why and how to resolve this issue..
go in your media and click that image at bottom you will have the url where it is uploaded go in post edit and html mode check if that url is same.

yes, i did check and the url is the same. and that's what puzzles me why this is still happening.
In your posts I see the link above for page has -2 so do you two posts for same article.

I was having this same problem (at least I think it's the same one you're describing.) I think it has to do with the permalinks. I have changed my permalinks to a custom structure %postname% and this seems to have fixed the issue. I would also suggest not using any symbols like () in your image name. I would be interested to know if this solution works for you too.

I also have a problem i have installed theme ("Portal-v 1.0") Its images are not showing on home page. No java script working, I have try to install wordpress 2.9, 3.0, 3.1 but my problem is still there. Even i have install that theme for my other site (http://www.loverhug.com) on same hosting server but its working very well.
But my other site (Seehqimage.com)
(http://www.romeoilsan.com)
have problem. Plz let me know how to solve my problem!
