Image not displaying in front page and categories because of an added 1

    Update: sometimes it adds a 2

    I am using the plugin “Auto Featured Image” by Ka Yue Yeung
    However, i see the plugin is working as expected, but the image is broken because I think imaguard is adding a 1 or a 2 at the end of it.

    Update: everytime a tumbnail is generated, the last digit I mentioned befire is incremented by 1, so the thumbnail image generated is:
    http://domain.com/images/image1.jpg
    http://domain.com/images/image2.jpg
    http://domain.com/images/image3.jpg
    and so on… everytime a generate the tumbnail, the last digit is increased by one.

    Note: if I disable imaguard, there is no problem. So I guess the issue is with imaguard. Please help me fix this as I want to keep using your great plugin.

    Hi!

    We’ll try to investigate and see if we can find the problem with the compatibility with Auto Featured Image. However Auto Featured Image has not been updated for nearly 3 years and is no longer being maintained, so there might be issues related to that plugin and how it interacts with WP (the WP standard of coding has changed considerably over the last 3 yrs).

    We will do our best to find a solution!

    I know that, but the plugin hasnt been giving me any trouble so far. Only when I activate imaguard. It would be nice to find out out what is causing this and if it can be fixed.
