   I just upgrading my WP to 3.2.1 and my only problem is image/picture doesn't appear after uploading with add an image tool. Its only show white box space instead picture, either if I insert pic into post. Image is appear (working well) on edit tool (/wp-admin/media.php?attachment_id=)

   please help me to fix it...

   Try to change file(s) permission of your uploaded image to 644 or 666. Please read this:
   http://wordpress.org/support/topic/image-upload-sets-file-perms-to-640-instead-of-644
