   My issue is I am trying to just get the link to work on the "get a quote" button before changing the image.

   Problem is, when I use Firebug, It shows that the <h1> link is overlapping the image link. The entire Image isn't clickable to the "get quote" page.... only the bottom 1/4 is.

   Any suggestions?

   Start by sorting out the markup errors. For a start, there's no such thing as an <h12> tag.
