Image in Posts Gets Error Message

    If I put an image in the post I get this error and the top of the widget area:

    PHP Error Message

    Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/local/apache/htdocs/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/GrillBadgeSM.jpg) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/:/usr/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/a6278996/public_html/wp-content/plugins/special-recent-posts/classes/class-main.php on line 261

    If I preview the post it displays OK but the widget blows with this error.

    Do I have something setup wrong?
