Image import failed.

    i have exactly the same problem. was working fine and now is creating the same error.

    i am saving to attachment type but no images are created anymore

    in the php on line 1137 it says // may return an error if they’re on multisite and don’t have mp4 enabled

    but i am not on multisite and it is about images, not video

    ok i am not sure how i solved it, but i did.
    deleted all the corrupt files/entries
    set uploads folder permission to 777
    set “set as featured image” even though i use attachment type
    imported agan and here they are now.
