Image editor and delete image icons disappeared

    When you insert an image into a post and you hover over the image usually there is an edit image icon next to a delete image icon.
    Mine have dissapeared for some reason, not sure why. Can someone advise?thanks.I need to add a border etc and color so i need these buttons.
