   i would like to display the following order on attachment page, is it possible to change the template like this?

   <h1>folder caption</h1>
   <h2>img title or img caption</h2>
   Pagination
   [Pic]
   folder description

   and will it be possible to call extra fields in template files marked as "not displayed"?

   by the way: on page "Edit Folder" the img title ist called "Content"

   You can make your own attachment template and place it in you child theme folder.
   The template you need is eazyest-image.php
   See eazyest-gallery/themes/twentytwelve for an example template.
