image caption on image problem

You will need to add the appopriate code to your WordPress theme. Using Firebug to view their css file, they have the following added;

post .wp-caption-text, .type-page .wp-caption-text {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 padding-box #EAEAEA;
    border-radius: 5px 5px 5px 5px;
    font-size: 0.857em;
    font-style: italic;
    padding: 1em 4.236em 1em 2.618em;
    text-align: center;

Also, I think you need to change your title to: “Have you exchanged…”

I don’t believe this is their site, they were just using that as an example for the caption.
